Banana Nut Muffins (Gluten free/Dairy free)


Gluten Free/ Dairy free/ Refined white sugar free. 


        Banana Nut Muffins. 
Dry ingredients: 

Equal parts to measure about 1 and a half cups total: GF SR. Flour/almond meal/walnut meal. 

Wet ingredients puréed together:

Handful of dates (boiled and strained to soften a touch)
2 medium ripe bananas
1tsp Manuka Honey
3 tbs Coconut oil 
2 eggs 


Mix the puréed wet ingredients into the dry bowl. 

Spoon into patty pans 

Cook for 15mins-ish in a preheated  170*degrees C oven. Till it smells cooked and looks good. 

Allow to cool. 

*Adjust the measurements as you desire. I just throw it all in, so I don't have exact measurements, until it's a nice wet batter
